Intros to Barcelona, and our first performance for teachers

This morning we were busy. Early morning call, followed by running off to Montjuic to do our intros. Lainey did hers in front of the castle, I did mine in front of the ocean, and Ben did his with a view of Barcelona in the background. It was a lot of fun to get the lines out of the way. It's been pretty off the cuff, not getting the lines until maybe 12 hours before the shoot. I've never felt really strong at memorizing film lines so quick. Film has always scared me, but at least the camera guys are telling me that I take the least amount of time out of everyone to say my lines. Then again, they could be lying.
We then walked down the huge hill to the Art museum of Catalonia and did our promo shoot for Tobin James wine and even got to drink some on the steps nearby. Also, we got to do some lindy hopping! Yeah, swing dancing! This was also the birthplace of my new iPhone talk show; Magical Moments with Stina. (Get out of my shot!)
Ben and I get paired together more often than not. I would say maybe 75% of the time, we are paired together. It's a natural thing for us, both of us being the "taller" of our types. It's actually quite ridiculous watching Lainey and Ben dance anything other than lindy together. Quite comical!
We then walked down to the museum to do some walk through intros, see the Font Magica, and prep for our performance of flamenco. I saw a street musician and danced for him. It was very fun and I really had to feel what he was playing, though I didn't do that well.
I wish I had my sketchbook here for this trip, as most of the naked ladies are GORGEOUS! This one in particular on the steps between the museum and the fountain was breathtaking. I didn't get  a shot of her backside, but her butt was flabby and wide, and it looked like a real butt. Not a model butt.
I had to get a Font Magica picture. Just like Paris!
And here's the fountain in all its glory! It was really overcast at times and I'm sad that I didn't get any blue sky!
Aren't all the colors fabulous?! I loved how many fountains were in this one park! Jonathan was supposed to do his intro in front of these steps but we ran out of time. He'll have to do it tomorrow morning before we leave for the airport. Lainey got some chocolate churros here as well.
Everywhere you look in Barcelona, there's beautiful art in the form of fountains! Seriously! We went to the dance studio and got our last 2 hour rehearsal. We were all BEAT! Tired! We "performed" for the two teachers and though we messed up, I can't be mad with our attempt as flamenco is HARD stuff. I also think  Jonathan was 'most improved' from day 1. Tomorrow we leave Spain and head for Vienna! Vienna waits for you!
