Mmm, chouquettes! My favorite little donut here in Paris. They literally taste like donuts only light and fluffy. I am sure they use egg whites and require whipping of said egg whites. I believe the little white dots are sugar. They are definitely a sweeter part of the pastry. They're super tiny, perfect size for a little kid to hold. I definitely plan on getting many many more of these. They have them everywhere!
