Glorious Spring and a Trip the 12th

Today we woke up to sun. FINALLY! Paris, you've been holding out on us. Though I have some nice looking weather photos, they are all LIES! Lies I tell you. It's been cold, rainy, and windy. Every Parisian will tell you "pas normal!"
But this was the sky we had today. At least for half of the day. There's our corner!
We traveled to the 12th because Aaron wanted to explore the left bank. It's not even a tourist destination. If you didn't live here, you would never go there. It's not even in the tour books. How about that?!
I found this fun mural and we found a BOMB salon du tea called "Sugarplum" with the BEST cake. OMG so good. So good that I didn't even get a picture because I ate it that quick!
 Bowling anyone?
We then went to the Eiffel Tower and by then the weather had decided that it gave us enough of spring and reverted back to its regular programming. But Trixie did enjoy briefly being allowed off leash to chase a puppy before some parents nearby felt that the dogs needed to be contained. Lame.
 Giant dog!
 Family shot, necessary!
And tonight was the last night of the Paris Lindy exchange. I dressed to the 9's again. Oh and this dress didn't split the seams.
