Today's Sugar

I present to you the tartes aux pralines. OMG so yummy. I can't even explain exactly what it is....maybe red berries of some kind as a jam topping and filled with nuts like almonds and hazelnuts. We had some at a restaurant yesterday and it came directly from the fridge so it was very chewy and carmel like. But when it's fresh, it feels like strawberry pie. I have got to learn how to make this!
